Legal Support Manager Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate workload for paralegals, legal assistants and admin staff, acting as the main liaison to the attorney team Administer all litigation phases including pleadings, motions, discovery, trials and appellate procedures Implement systems for maintaining case calendars, documents and correspondence Oversee hiring, onboarding and professional growth of legal support staff, fostering skills and efficiency Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to support individual and team development Work with internal departments to streamline processes and develop efficient procedures Legal Support Manager Requirements: Proven leadership experience with a team of legal support professionals 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with strong multi-jurisdiction litigation skills Solid understanding of federal and state court procedures and familiarity with CM/ECF, PACER, Bluebook and Westlaw Bachelor's degree and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a supportive and challenging legal environment.
