Job Description We're looking for a highly motivated Paid Social Specialist II As a Paid Social Specialist, you will support the strategy and lead the execution of the paid social programs for RR Donnelley clients focusing on Agent of Record (AOR) or complex set ups. This involves strong channel knowledge in Facebook (Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest. You will work closely with the Paid Social Manager on campaign execution from end-to-end, including setting up campaigns, optimizing and managing pacing, and reporting on campaign performance to clients. In this position, you will juggle multiple projects, collaborate and support the junior members of the team and become a thought leaders for specific projects and platforms. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as day-to-day strategic lead for AOR accounts. Identify opportunities for incremental and upsell through optimizations and monthly reviews with AOR clients. Work on paid social campaign execution from end-to-end, including campaign setup and structure, tracking implementation, optimization and in-market management, and post-campaign reporting. Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, develop reports and recommendations for future campaigns. Work closely with cross-function teams such as strategy team, digital account managers, sales, execution team, insights to meet client needs and goals. Stay up-to-date on all things paid social, including the latest trends and updates within the social platforms especially TikTok. Ensure accuracy of campaign set up and weekly optimizations. Recommend and monitor paid media budgets for new and existing campaigns to ensure tracking to goals within allocated budgets. Work with our internal platforms to develop target audience data-sets for use within campaigns. Mentoring and educating junior members on best practices and complex set ups. Lead training and technical meetings for internal and external members of the team. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. EXPERIENCE 3-5 years previous experience in expertise in paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). Expertise on platforms behind Meta ( TikTok Ads / Pinterest). Comfortable with client facing meetings and leading technical meetings. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy and responsibility. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and writing skills. Experience working with social platforms, including Facebook/Instagram and TikTok. Knowledge of campaign metrics and analysis. Thirst for learning new skills and tactics and keeping up with digital marketing and social trends. Additional Information The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
