The pay rate for this role is $32 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.As a Reservations Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting with overseeing the Reservations Department and processing group reservations information (turnover, including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Assist with Reservations Department LeadershipInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.Manages the activities of Reservations departments to meet Company standards and provide guest satisfaction.Communicates and verifies information regarding group and transient reservations with the appropriate departmentsEnsures reservation request calls and emails are answered with proper language and SOP’s followedCoordinates and implements department activities and projectsProvides clerical support and assistance to managementDemonstrate a strong knowledge and organization of the Microsoft Office suiteUtilization of several systems including OnQ PM, ONQ R&IMulti-task and prioritize tasks as needed, special projects as neededWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
