Counterintelligence Officer
in support of a program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will work as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the HUMINT operations mission. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment inside a government facility in the WMA.Key Responsibilities:Work with a team in support of blended operationsProvide support for operationsDraft correspondence and documentationDisplay a mastery of customer processes and approval boardsRespond to written memos from the customer field officesCollaborate with other IC elements and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:3+ years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated experience with customer tools and databasesExperience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveysAbility to confidently deliver clear and concise briefingsStrong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINTUnderstanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methodsFamiliarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detectionKnowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessmentBA/BS Degree or equivalent years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degreeUS citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance requiredDesired Qualifications:Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field OperationsExperience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packagesExperience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field officesFormal CI training and/or certificationsOverseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharingMA/MS DegreeThe Swift Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
