Texas Capital is seeking an experienced professional focused on Equity Research within Texas Capital’s Capital Markets Group. The Analyst will need to perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create and maintain financial models as well as to provide investment recommendations on publicly traded companies. A candidate will write fundamental research publications with value-added perspectives and differentiated views as well as deliver presentations to institutional clients and the internal sales and trading teams. This individual will be responsible for following overall market news while evaluating market data to assess short and long-term macro trends and at the same time collect, consolidate and interpret company and industry data in an integrated fashion. Texas Capital expects the candidate to develop and maintain connections with investor relations and management of companies under coverage group while concurrently coordinating and communicating with sales, trading and other areas of the firm within regulatory guidelines. The leader is expected to manage and mentor a team as well as to lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
