Working with key Business Stakeholders & internal departments like Front Office, Operations, Compliance & IT teams to conduct requirement analysisFacilitating and leading result-oriented project meetings with optimum efficiencyDefining & Documenting Current & Target state system flows, interface field mapping, data lineage and ETL specifications as per Bank’s SDLC standardsDocumenting meeting minutes and tracking all open action items to ensure on-time milestone delivery without lot of oversight by PMIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within banking operationsConducting data analysis and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic initiativesProviding ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems and processesWorking with UAT Coordinator and participants to UAT Test cases and executionQualifications

A strong communication skill is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bankExcellent writing skill to deliver technical specifications at granular level to the development teamA strong understanding of commercial baking products, services and processes10+ years in banking and financial services, with a focus on commercial banking products, services and processes10+ years working as a Business Analyst in banking or related fieldsProficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIWriting specifications to build reportsFamiliarity with banking systems and technologies, including Core banking system, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and complianceAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyCritical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendationsRequire minimal guidance in day-to-day activities and deliverySelf-motivated with ever-growing attitudeCompensation:The expected annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience.
