Job Description
Working with key Business Stakeholders & internal departments like Front Office, Operations, Compliance & IT teams to conduct requirement analysis
Facilitating and leading result-oriented project meetings with optimum efficiency
Defining & Documenting Current & Target state system flows, interface field mapping, data lineage and ETL specifications as per Bank’s SDLC standards
Documenting meeting minutes and tracking all open action items to ensure on-time milestone delivery without lot of oversight by PM
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within banking operations
Conducting data analysis and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems and processes
Working with UAT Coordinator and participants to UAT Test cases and execution
Qualifications
A strong communication skill is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bank
Excellent writing skill to deliver technical specifications at granular level to the development team
A strong understanding of commercial banking products, services and processes
10+ years in banking and financial services, with a focus on commercial banking products, services and processes
10+ years working as a Business Analyst in banking or related fields
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Writing specifications to build reports
Familiarity with banking systems and technologies, including Core banking system, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and compliance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Critical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
Require minimal guidance in day-to-day activities and delivery
Self-motivated with ever-growing attitude
Compensation:
The expected annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
