Right of Way Project Manager

to work on projects based out of Florida. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely from their home office but must reside in Florida. At ORC, diversity matters, voices are heard, and leadership shows they care.What you will be doing:As our Right of Way Project Manager, you'll be in the driver's seat of some of the most complex and exciting public projects around. You'll work alongside our amazing clients to ensure their projects are executed seamlessly, from start to finish. From ensuring the right scope of work is in place to overseeing the project budget and financial requirements, you'll have your hands in every part of the project lifecycle. You'll also be building relationships with key vendors and agencies, pursuing new business development opportunities, and supporting our recruiting efforts. As the day-to-day manager of the project, you'll be responsible for keeping us on track, from timely project reporting to sending invoices to our clients. Additionally, you'll manage our team of direct reports, ensuring everyone is performing at their best and that the project stays on schedule.The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing strategies for the Public Sector, set forth by the Executive Vice President (EVP), in compliance with overall company strategy to facilitate and foster client relationships. Able to read, understand and interpret department-related documents and data. Able to make quick decisions, present to staff and clients, have difficult conversations, and supervise staff. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to travel regularly to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes.
