Right of Way Project Manager

to work on projects based out of Kansas and Missouri. The selected candidate can expect to report to our St. Charles, MO office daily and must reside within a 30-minute commute of our St. Charles, MO office. Candidate can expect to travel throughout Hays, KS and Missouri about 25% of the time based on project requirements.What you will be doing:As our Right of Way Project Manager, you'll be in the driver's seat of some of the most complex and exciting public projects around. You'll work alongside our amazing clients to ensure their projects are executed seamlessly, from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, managing team performance, and building relationships with key vendors and agencies, as well as pursuing new business development opportunities.The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing strategies for the Public Sector, set forth by the Executive Vice President (EVP), in compliance with overall company strategy to facilitate and foster client relationships.We are looking for someone who:Has the ability to successfully manage a project team.

Provides quality feedback and coaching to staff.Able to properly delegate to ensure the success of the project.

Must include two (2) years managing transportation and/or utility projects

Understanding of project financialsPrior experience with creating/maintaining project schedulesProficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and OutlookMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systemsValid Driver’s LicenseBonus points
