Right of Way Agent
to work on projects in Becker, MN. This position is great for someone looking for a revised work schedule. ORC does not guarantee a set number of hours; instead, it's driven by project needs. The selected candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of Becker, MN and will have the flexibility to work remotely out of their home office. Candidate can expect to travel locally based on project needs.What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for Utility projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way.
