PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVESThe Continuous Improvement Leader reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing improvement activities across the organization. As a thought leader, you will partner with and influence Revision leadership to improve all functional areas across the business. Additionally, you will oversee the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) system to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSContinuous ImprovementAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for sustainable change.Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on manufacturing, assembly, quality, supply chain, warehouse, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, supply chain, HR, finance, etc.) to implement process improvements and support operational strategies.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training and coaching team members in lean methodologies.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress of improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and track progress to ensure improvements are achieved and sustained.Support operations teams in the optimization of workflow, elimination of waste, and minimization of downtime and inefficiencies.Lead/facilitate Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives.Lead/facilitate root cause and corrective action activities.Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, improvements achieved, and ongoing opportunities to facilitate growth.Environmental Health & SafetyMaintain and improve the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) system, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Coordinate investigation of incidents and accidents to identify root causes and to develop robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Own, manage, and update all safety training and documentation as needed.Chair Revision’s internal safety committee.Maintain incident tracker and TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) metric.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, operations, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.Must understand ISO standards and quality management systems.Must have a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Demonstrated experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Knowledge of EH&S regulations and systems with experience maintaining safety programs.Injection molding experience is preferred.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Minitab, or other data analysis software.Supervisory experience preferred.Ability to work full-time on-site.US Government authorization required.Work environment (include physical requirements)Office based and manufacturing environment.Minimal travel required.
