As the VP, Medical Strategy Director, you will assume a pivotal role in understanding the scientific and clinical aspects of our business deeply. You will serve as a strategic anchor for both internal teams and clients, leveraging science to differentiate brands effectively. Collaborating closely with account and medical services colleagues, you will ensure scientific and clinical relevance throughout strategic and creative developments.Key Responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong client relationships and internal collaboration.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.Extensive experience in medical or scientific roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success.Advanced degree in a relevant medical or scientific field.Project confidence and expertise in therapeutic categories, effectively communicating medical concepts to clients, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and agency teams.Mentor and supervise a team of AMDs, MDs, and SMDs, fostering their growth and development.Drive research and development efforts for new business pitches, contributing to strategic recommendations and the medical portion of pitch presentations.Ensure optimal use of data to craft compelling and differentiating brand stories.Identify and capitalize on medical opportunities that contribute to strategic and tactical development.Maintain a deep understanding of our capabilities and competitive landscape, staying updated on industry trends.Proactively provide strategic medical recommendations based on evolving market trends to enhance brand communications.Critically review agency-generated content, ensuring alignment with scientific perspectives and brand objectives.What We Offer

$200,000 - $220,000The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
