Senior Data Analytics Specialist Laurel, MD

Responsibilities:Design and implementation of enterprise-wide business intelligence and data solutions to support enterprise-wide analytics applications.Extensive experience in Oracle Primavera Analytics and knowledge in construction domain.Responsible for developing and designing dashboard and reporting solutions that extract meaningful business insights from complex datasets.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate those needs into effective BI solutions.Requirements:Requires expertise in various BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud) and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices to deliver impactful and user-friendly dashboards and reports.Prepare and present complex statistical and narrative reports with an emphasis placed on detail and accuracy.Dissects and summarizes information with visually compelling charts and graphs to achieve understanding at all levels of the organization.Effectively presents and articulates findings to key stakeholders digitally, in person, and in written forms.Publishes standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences.Responsible for responding to and providing data for internal and/or external needs.Work in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.Interprets data to identify patterns and relationships between different variables.Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through the use of predictive analytics tools.This is a hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote with 3 days onsite per week.
