They are looking to bring on a skilled project manager to expand their presence in the Milwaukee market. Known for industry-leading compensation and benefits, my client has maintained strong job security, having not laid off any employees in over 10 years, even retaining all staff through COVID with bonuses.Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.The Successful Applicant5+ years of true project management experienceExperience with ground-up construction (commercial/healthcare preferred but not required)Knowledge of applicable construction technologiesClient-facing abilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferExtremely competitive compensation (up to 145k) based on experienceStrong yearly bonus structure401k with company matchCompany-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision3-4+ weeks PTO + Sick Time + Vacations (Negotiable)And much more!
