They approach construction in an organized and methodical way, but make a point to make every employee feel valued.Overview :Project Locations - All Milwaukee areaFamily oriented culture with employee tenure of over 11 yearsSolid leadership out of top general contractorsHands off management approachGreat relationships with subcontractorsStrong pipeline of projects through 2025Job DescriptionOversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve any delays or issues.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality standards.Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports, and adjust cost estimates as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or budget.Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope.The Successful Applicant5+ years experience in a PM or higher roleGround up general contracting construction experienceDegree in Construction Management or Engineering, or relevant experience in place of degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLeadership ability to oversee more junior project managers and APMsAbility to work both independently, as well in a team settingPassion for delivering first class service to customersWhat's on OfferTop tier base salary ($130-$145k)Company profit sharing program4 weeks PTO + Holidays$800/month car allowanceExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverageGrowth track to senior leadership1 day wfh/weekand much more!
