They are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee healthcare construction projects in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.Job DescriptionLead and manage construction projects for healthcare builds, ensuring timely completion within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations and vision are met.Manage change orders and resolve construction-related disputes efficiently.Ensure projects meet quality control standards and align with company goals.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on medical/healthcare projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and personnel effectively.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team development.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the region.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary between $115,000-$130,000 depending on project experience and skills.Project Specific + Annual Bonuses.Vehicle allowance/company vehicle with Gas Card.Comprehensive Benefits Package.4 weeks PTO.ESOP Program.Interested candidates should submit their resume here and send their experience with ground up and/or renovation healthcare construction projects.
