You will play a critical role in shaping Hotels.com’s programs, which is one of the largest brands in the Expedia portfolio with a fiercely loyal customer base. You will report to Hotels.com Head of Strategy. Your responsibilities will be to help shape the strategic priorities for Hotels.com and ensure the team is operationally set up for success through robust roadmap planning and delivery.What you’ll do:Represent Hotels.com in planning discussions and alignment forums across broader Expedia Group teamsLiaise with Hotels.com cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of cross-business unit timelines and processes, and effective prioritization and delivery of quarterly prioritiesManage quarterly roadmap planning process by coordinating cadence with EG teams, planning discussions and reporting materials.Ensure alignment of quarterly priorities with cross-functional teams, coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and trade-off decisionsPrepare presentations for Leadership meetingsWho you are:7+ years' experience in product management, change management / continuous improvement, project management, and strategy consulting (preferred)Exceptional organization: able to lead multiple projects and handle contending priorities and hit key deadlinesAble to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment and prioritize effectivelyAnalytical and numerate: adept at assembling and synthesizing data from a variety of sources, and drawing conclusionsExcellent MSOffice skills, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPointSelf-starter with bias towards actionStrong communication: confident communicating with a wide variety of teams and stakeholdersStrong relationship-building: able to build a strong network across the various stakeholders and cross-functional teamsThe total cash range for this position in Seattle/Austin is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Dallas/Chicago is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in New York is $155,500.00 to $218,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $249,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
