You will be responsible for total member and guest satisfaction throughout their reservation, consistently delivering exceptional member and guest service. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills—someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.Job Specifications:Starting Wage: $23.00Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part TimeSkill Level: Intermediate, AdvancedJob Responsibilities:Ability to pivot between assisting members, guests, and tasks.Review and manage incoming reservations in a timely and complete manner.Build delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff.Be committed to providing exceptional service with a high level of professionalism.Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs and respond knowledgeably and promptly using phone and email.Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry and assist in gear selection.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations.Must be able to work as part of a team or alone.Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilities.Proficient in MS Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Will spend most of your shift on the computer and phone.Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.The expected pay range is $23.00.
