You will conveniently deliver ski and snowboard gear right to our members’ and guests’ doors. You will be trusted to work autonomously and efficiently while fulfilling reservations and maintaining and developing partner relationships. You will work in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always aims to exceed expectations. Most of a Specialist shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.Job Specifications:Starting Wage: $22.00 / hourShift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part TimeSkill Level: Intermediate, AdvancedJob Responsibilities:Review reservation details, set up ski and snowboard gear to meet member and guest specifications, and prepare orders for delivery (we will train you!)Act professionally and courteously while inside guest and member residences, hotels, and lodges, fitting their equipment and explaining proper, safe use (we will train you!)Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and the gear (we’ll train you!)Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency.Act as manager on duty when assignedAnswer any member questions regarding the My Epic Gear membership program and provide specific information about member reservations, gear, or the resort (we’ll train you!)Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situationsMust be able to work as part of a team or aloneAbility to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safelyWillingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditionsAbility to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays requiredThe expected pay range is $22.00.
