The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Manager, Client-Sponsor Programs for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote).Starting base salary = $87,000- $109,000- $131,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.The Manager, Client-Sponsor Programs is responsible for managing commercial sponsorship product fulfillment across Health Forum, including Marketing Solutions and Events Sponsorship. This role also manages relationships across AHA to achieve successful execution of client-sponsor programs under the Associate Program umbrella and the program’s key strategic accounts. The manager will cultivate key stakeholder relationships, develop timelines, set milestones, and coordinate activities across all stakeholders to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and meet goals established with program owners.Essential Functions
Manage Events Sponsorship product fulfillment roadmap centered around four AHA signature conferences: AHA Rural Healthcare Leadership Conference, AHA Annual Membership Meeting, AHA Accelerated Health Equity Conference, and AHA Leadership Summit. Oversee the product fulfillment lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical delivery.Maintain account management playbook, key performance indicators, and standard operating procedures grounded in the Associate Program, incorporating Marketing Solutions product lines and Event Sponsorship products.Manage key AHA strategic commercial accounts, guiding account managers and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Review and consult with the sales team on all proposals with program variation/pilots; recommend program strategy for sponsors participating in multiple programs/products.Support the client-sponsor programs team's strategic planning, including managing the annual operating plan, coordinating across departments, and measuring progress to stakeholders.Collaborate with Product teams to understand future product needs and enhancements, analyzing feasibility and potential impact of proposed projects.Serve as lead of customer-facing, client-services team; ensure excellent service and ROI for key customers.Ensure seamless integration between all client and member-facing departments by partnering with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.Perform regular audits and updates in Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or other approved project management tools as it pertains to programming milestones.Qualifications

Bachelors or better.Experience
Required
5 years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or client delivery and engagement, managing across multiple stakeholders. Ability to capitalize on previous marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns and share best practices. A track record of driving client results is essential. Healthcare experience is also required.
