Together, the team is stronger than ever!POSITION SUMMARY:As Regional Vice President of Operations, you are responsible for carrying out your daily tasks and assigned duties while demonstrating the Community’s and Company’s principles, policies and procedures
in the State of Pennsylvania.
You are expected to provide innovative, responsible results with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. The primary purpose of your job is to manage and ensure overall operations of communities assigned by 1) performing regulatory requirements 2) assuring adherence to Community policy and procedure 3) assuring financial goals are established and maintained through monitoring performance of key community management personnel 4) providing feedback, direction, resources, and developing staff to ensure successful outcomes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Administrator’s License in the state of Pennsylvania, preferably the state of operation, is required.Candidate must also reside in the state of Pennsylvania.We aspire to be the leader in the long-term care industry.
