Operations Manager – Boats & Ramp; Harbors Town of Greenwich

General Statement of Duties:Manages the operations of the Town’s marinas and boat yards. Works closely with Department leadership to develop and implement improvements to the Town’s Boats and Harbors programs. Reports to the Superintendent of Marine and Facility Operations.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marine Facilities Management, Maritime Engineering or other related field, plus five (5) years of relevant work experience gained in marine facility operations, including three (3) years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A Certified Marina Manager (CMM) or Certified Marina Operator (CMO) designation, or USCG License is preferred.Must possess at time of appointment or obtain within six (6) months of employment a Safe CT Boating Certificate.For more information and to apply, please visit our website:
