Service Manager , you will lead our talented team of automotive professionals providing world-class customer service to our guests. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the department by: instilling the DGDG Core Values, growing the team, caring for guests, and meeting OEM requirements.What you'll be working on:Guide, lead and mentor the service organization to maximize their personal potentialImplement strategies and processes to meet the department objectivesEnsure a great guest experienceDevelop relationships with every team memberMaintain a service customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happinessHire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customersCraft goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriatelyWhat you need to bring to the table:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service ManagerStrong focus on providing excellent customer serviceHigh school diploma or higher educationClean driving record & valid driver's licenseDriven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teamsDMV Check requiredSalary:
