Aramark’s Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training across a variety of environments and business areas. As a year-long development and training program designed for recent college graduates, A2L provides you with the resources you need to ignite your full potential and launch an accelerated career path at Aramark.BENEFITS:

Additional benefits may include retirement savings plans like 401(k) and paid days off such as parental leave and disability coverage. Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $70,000. If both numbers in the range are the same, that is the rate that will be paid. If there is a lower number and higher number, the pay will depend on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needsDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsFacilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event ordersAssist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needsTrain and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentationProvide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to eventResponsible for delivering food and labor targetsResponsible for execution of catering events of varies size and scope including staffing and managementEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses and receivablesRecruit, train, schedule and develop team membersEnsure compliance with all food, occupational and environmental safety practicesQualifications
A2L PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONSTo be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December – August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program classThis program will start in July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements).Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the futurePREFERRED EXPERIENCEA degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or salesRelevant coursework or work experienceStrong leadership, project management, and execution skillsGreat verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadershipDynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentAbout Aramark
