The Sr. Analyst, Development Execution, BK, US is responsible for working collaboratively with the regional Development teams to manage the pipeline of new restaurant openings and remodels, ensuring NRG compliance, and supporting our Royal Reset incentive program.Roles and Responsibilities:Owns the Openings, Remodels, and Closure pipelines for the Southern US and Non-Traditional business (i.e. truck stops, airports, malls, etc.)Responsible for tracking and executing $250mm Royal Reset Remodel incentive programSupports planning for following year development strategies and executionWorks cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, such as: Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Global Business Services, and Director of Non-Traditional BusinessOwns Contract Management and Execution for all Development workstreams (Openings, Remodels, Closures)Owns internal development end-to-end process for all Development workstreamsResponsible for pipeline quality and maintenanceSupport process innovation for development team to create more efficient workstreams across the organizationQualifications:Bachelors Degree in the fields of Business, Finance, Real Estate or equivalent field required2-4 years relevant work experience, project management experience preferredDemonstrates effective communication, influencing and excellent organizational skillsStrong analytical skillset with ability to transform data into action plansAbility to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates high level of problem solving skillsDemonstrates strong business acumen to maintain and grow relationships with franchisees, brokers, and developersDemonstrates formal negotiating skillsHas general understanding of real estate contracts and franchise agreementsAbility to prepare and present development updates to senior leadershipHonesty, high integrity, personal accountability, ownership mentality and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growthBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
