The Sr. Manager Customer Supply Chain interfaces with Lactalis commercial and supply chain teams for all customer supply chain-related programs. Ultimately this role will shape the approach and define the roadmap for how we will engage strategically with LHD customers on supply chain topics. This critical role requires interpersonal and outside-the-box problem-solving abilities as well as a process orientation to facilitate the resolution of KPI improvements and prepare root cause analysis.Key responsibilities for this position include:Engaging with internal stakeholders across sales and supply chain functions to drive integrated teamwork – acting as the primary supply chain point of contact to sales partners, representing all supply chain functions for LHD and retail customers, and strengthening supply chain relationships with assigned set of customers.Define and execute LHD Supply Chain Efficiency program. Partner with Sales to review status and transition customers from existing programs.Establish customer-specific scorecards for key accounts. Identify areas of KPI improvement and prepare root cause analysis to monitor fines/fees and develop a reduction plan.Monitor pricing qualification and the quarterly review process.Champion customer replenishment initiatives, programs, capabilities (VMI, CPFR, Network Transitions, CPU Conversion).Providing strategic direction and vision that supports optimizing the distribution/fulfillment network and overall cost optimization.Identify and influence customers on replenishment improvement opportunities (TiHi, Order Patterns).Identify main reasons for cost to serve and develop action plans to reduce costs without negatively affecting service.Establishing linkage with customer’s senior supply chain management.Leading process change as it relates to service enhancements and capability improvements.Providing performance reporting against executed initiatives to ensure continual improvement in the areas of cost to service model. Resolving long-term supply chain issues which promotes sales growth and enhanced customer experience.Perform periodic supply chain business reviews/JBP sessions with select customers.Qualified applicants will contribute the following:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.7 years of Supply Chain Experience (at least 2 years in customer service supporting a major customer).Experience across multiple disciplines, preferably in logistics and/or sales.Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.Consumer Package Goods experience, Food Industry experience preferred.Proven ability to build effective relationships in a collaborative team-oriented environment.Experience leading cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.Lactalis Heritage Dairy is an equal employment opportunity employer.
