About The Role
The Director, Inside Sales and Operations will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be based in Austin, Texas.This role is responsible for leading the inside sales and sales operations team, focusing on US Wholesale business.Key responsibilities include overseeing the order to fulfillment process and providing analytical insights regarding forecasts, allocation, and inventory levels.The position requires monitoring inventory allocation, sales order book, cancellations, returns, discounts, and sell-through to identify trends and opportunities.The Director will also manage reporting to support the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of combined experience in product sales, operations, and analytics within the Consumer Goods Industry.A strong background in leading medium-sized teams is essential, with a minimum of 6 years of leadership experience.The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think independently and make strategic decisions.Experience in sales planning and reporting, particularly with premium consumer goods sold through various retail channels, is crucial for success in this role.The ability to mentor and develop junior team members is important, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
