The Director, Inside Sales and Operations will lead the inside sales and sales operations team for the US Wholesale business.This role involves overseeing the order to fulfillment process and supporting sales leadership with analytical insights regarding forecasts and inventory levels.The Director will be responsible for US product allocation and customer fulfillment prioritization.The position requires monitoring inventory allocation, sales order book, cancellations, returns, discounts, and sell-through to identify trends and opportunities.The role includes developing effective business review processes and delivering sales pipeline reporting and dashboards to measure performance.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of combined experience in product sales, operations, and analytics within the Consumer Goods Industry.A strong background in leading medium-sized teams is essential, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role.The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think independently and make strategic decisions.Experience in sales planning and reporting for premium consumer goods sold through both national and independent retailers is crucial for success.The candidate should have a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
