Lead comprehensive financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.Engage closely with senior management to provide actionable insights and analyses that influence company policy and strategy.Enhance financial visibility and business performance through the development and monitoring of key financial metrics.Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.Drive continuous improvement in the financial planning processes to achieve efficiency and accuracy.Facilitate cross-functional collaborations to align financial forecasts with operational capabilities.Champion the financial strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals in the insurance and reinsurance domain.Key Skills:
