Schedule changes daily for field employees changing job sites/job informationWork with customers on maintenance curves dailyOpen all quotes and jobs in the systemComplete estimate take-off for small inquiriesComplete proposal letter for small inquiry submittalsTime and material price outsMaintain customer Purchase ordersSupport new customersTrack employee vacationSchedule safety classesCoordinate DISA random drug testsCreate weekly agenda for safety meetingsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed.Qualifications and Education Requirements
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesTeam management and leadership skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationshipsAttention to detail even under pressureTechnical Knowledge: Proficiency in coating systems, surface preparation techniques, application methods, and inspection criteria (e.g., adhesion testing, coating thickness).Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in one of the following fields: Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, Materials Science (especially with a focus on coatings or chemistry), Project ManagementVocational or Trade School Certification: Relevant certifications in industrial coating, corrosion control, or surface preparation are highly valued.

Physical Requirements
Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; sitting for long periods of time.Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work.Rarely required to bend or lift more than 10 lbs.The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required.
