Senior Project Manager

XM Cyber is the leader in hybrid-cloud security posture management, using the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks.We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic software company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional R&D teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, scrum methodology, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferably in SaaS and cloud environments and fostering collaboration among team members.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are met.Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.Foster collaboration and communication among project team members to drive project success.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, support, and product to achieve project milestones.Provide guidance and mentorship to R&D managers and team members.Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.Requirements

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software company, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing software projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.Familiarity with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and big-data pipelines - advantage.Experience working with JIRA framework - Must.
