Software Project Manager (Bi-lingual in Mandarin)

Must be willing to go onsite 5 days per week in Jacksonville, FL office. Must be bi-lingual in Mandarin. Contract to Hire position (contract starts out at 1 year).
Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery.Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project.Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules.Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations.Manage project budget, oversee costs, and resource utilization.Regularly report project status and progress to the management.Foster teamwork and improve team performance and productivity.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of experienceFamiliar with SaaS products, SDKs, mobile applications, proprietary applications.Experience in software project management preferred.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment.Strong teamwork and organizational skills.Experience of ticketing system like JIRA is a plus.
