Who You AreGlobal Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule.
What You Will Be DoingResponsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/universitySupply Chain Management, Procurement and/or Subcontract Management experienceExperience working with price analysis and negotiationsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing prioritiesExcellent organization skillsStrong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skillsDemonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivatedComplex problem solving skillsProcurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industryAbility to work independently and in a team environment

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
