You will be welcomed by an inclusive culture that values your voice, perspective, and interests.Our global commitment to diversity and inclusion reflects our values of doing what's right, respecting others and performing with excellence.You have arrived at your career destination~ Join us!Who You AreAs the Global Supply Chain - Subcontract Management, Senior, you'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Item, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.What You Will Be DoingLeading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Holding procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements & purchase orders within established authority.Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions including price, selecting or recommending subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administering resulting subcontracts and required change activity.What's In It For YouOur employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually.
