As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.The Senior Invoicing Operations Manager position will manage Branch operations retail invoicing processes through the oversight of the Invoice Operations team, along with managing projects impacting the customer invoicing process.Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the Centralized Invoicing Managers and Invoicing Specialists.Manage oversight in the enhancement and development of strategies and procedures related to customer purchase orders, invoicing, and payment collection processes.Collaborate with Aftermarket Customer Care National Accounts, IT, Credit and Collections, and others to ensure an efficient and high-quality customer experience.Communicate project deliverables to cross-functional groups and senior leadership.Ensure the company is positioned to support changing business demands, while balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability and working capital initiatives.Utilize KPIs to evaluate and recommend improvements to invoicing performance.Oversee implementation throughout the retail network to ensure smooth adoption and related training initiatives.Support employee development and training.Qualifications:
A four-year degree, preferably in business or a business-related field.8-15 years of related experience in retail processes, customer invoicing, service work orders, and pricing.Willingness to travel, with moderate overnight stays (6-20%).Good organization and communication skills.Ability to perform financial calculations.Work Authorization:
