The selected candidate will provide technical solutions for CAF DMO standards development, verify interoperability of simulators and equipment on the network, execute CAF events as scheduled and perform integration and test of CAF DMO Aircrew Training Systems (ATS) platforms onto the Distributed Training Center Network (DTCN) per Air Mobility Command (AMC) CAF DMO Flight Plan.This role is NOT eligible for remote or hybrid work and is executed on-site.What you will do

Develops new and/or integrates existing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models and command and control models. Develops software that simulates behavior of users and systems. Develops, integrates and uses graphical user interfaces and visualization tools. Models operational environments, performs trade studies via computer simulation and provides decision support for alternative architectures. Performs operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis. May build and design training models.Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Duties include but are not limited to:Provide technical support to Coalition and MAJCOM training exercises.Participate in software requirements development.Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.What you must have

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.Familiar with basic scripting and software development concepts.Prior software/hardware testing, analysis, and troubleshooting experience.Must be a US citizen, currently hold and able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.Must be able to travel to include internationally.Preferred Requirements

Previous experience with the CAF or other Distributed Training Networks and systems.Experience with NGTS, other Computer-Generated Forces tools, simulated radios.Analysis and troubleshooting of data in DIS/HLA simulation environments/networks.Physical Requirements
