Van NuysKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain tracking systems for collection of required outcomes and evaluations data for input into the monitoring system for each departmental program.Coordinate collection of all required data for input into the monitoring systems with all programs and QA Departments and ensure all is completed in a timely manner.Input collected data, evaluate and summarize the quality of the outcome measures data by means of regular reports for the purposes of internal IFP Department as well as DMH and/or DCFS reporting requirements.Communicate with programs staff to ensure data collection documents are completed in a timely manner for input.Collaborate with program coordinators, supervisors, and administrators to set compliance objectives and monitor regularly to ensure that targets are achieved and produce reports accordingly.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMH and DCFS required outcomes and evaluation measures.Provide technical assistance and supportive trainings to staff on data collection in coordination with programs and QA.Ensure ongoing coordination and consultation with clinical supervisors regarding outcome measures across all programs and sites/SPAs.Qualifications:BA, BS in computer science, psychology, social work, or related field or two years’ experience in a mental health or related setting.Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular with Access and Excel as well as database systems.Able to interpret technical instructions.Strong writing, analytical, time-management, leadership, and communication skills required.The ability to maintain effective interpersonal communication within Intensive Programs Department and agency as a whole as well as with outside contractual entities such as DMH and DCFS.Benefits:100% employer-sponsored health insurance plan- medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.403b Retirement Plan.Flexible Spending Account.Employee Assistance Program.Discounts to local gyms, movie theaters, and other events.Learn more about our Community Programs here:Outpatient ServicesREACHwww.thehelpgroup.orgThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
