Job Description:The Visualization Supervisor is responsible for designing character performances and filming them with virtual cameras to create cinematic sequences aligned with the director’s vision. Reporting to the Visualization Creative Director, this role includes overseeing shot creation, supervising artists in character blocking and camera work, performing motion capture, and ensuring quality VFX compositing. This is a project-based role with a duration of up to six months, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:Lead the generation of sequences and shots from storyboards or scripts, managing all visualization tasks in the departmentWork closely with directors and the Creative Director to implement creative notesSupervise artists in character blocking, camera positioning, and VFX compositingPerform motion capture for animation and enhance mocap qualityCreate compelling character animation following traditional principles

Essential Skills:5+ years in Unreal Engine animation and camera workAbility to create shots with or without storyboardsStrong grasp of film techniques, lighting, and continuityProficiency in Autodesk Maya, UE exporting, and Adobe After EffectsNuke, Autodesk Motion Builder, and PFTrack experience is a plus
