This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Your Impact:Train and manage junior team (manager/s and associate/s) on all aspects of programmatic buying and related deliverablesProvide senior level programmatic expertise to internal and external teams (clients)Maintain relationships with data, inventory, and platform partnersLead programmatic teams to optimize campaigns and complete recommendations to further account successesEstablish best practices, build case studies, and implement process to create workflow efficiencies across the practiceManage resources to exceed service level expectationsWrite POVs from a programmatic perspective on trends, products, and industry newsManage the brainstorming, business relationship, and activation of new 1st to market programmatic offeringsProvide holistic digital expertiseBuild client outcomes through applicable programmatic solutions across accountsQualifications
