The Executive Assistant will handle multiple administrative support needs for executive staff. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess superb time management skills.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Your Impact:Manage calendar schedule; monitoring, updating, and prioritizingManage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportationManage the planning/execution as well as securing sponsorships for all US company events including in-house activities, holiday celebrations, and happy hours.Participate and coordinate cultural activities of the agency in partnership with management and executive teamsSchedule and confirm meetings to include:Reserve conference rooms and set up equipmentPlace catering ordersInitiate conference callsDevelop, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reportsAttend executive management meetings to record notes, track minutes, and follow up actionsDemonstrate confidentiality when handling sensitive informationBasic ad-hoc project managementManage and facilitate monthly company-wide town hall meetingsApprove travel, time off, and expenses for executive direct reportsQualifications
• 3-5+ years as an Administrative or Executive Assistant to senior management• High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products• Excellent verbal and written skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritizeAdditional Information
