The Operations Senior Associate will help with the ideation and execution of some of the business' most important plans, reporting and operational processes. You will create and implement solutions to evolve and enhance ways of working and allow strategic solutions.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Your Impact:You will analyze and build the forecasts, use reporting to improve data capture and processes and create useful insights to share with the businessYou will identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and conduct statistical analysis and data profilingYou will present data in a visually appealing way.You will be familiar with multiple data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, and interactive dashboardsYou will help establish Ways of Working through review & improvement of processesYou will gather data from multiple parties to interpret main points to draft policies and process documentationYou will participate in the procurement, set up, and roll out of new technologies that create better team efficiencyYou will support projects driving the most important goals of the businessYou show the ability to mine data for applicable insights.You will identify problems, develop analytical approaches, and propose data-driven solutionsYou will ensure that data is clean, formatted, and correctly interpreted to avoid errors in analysisYou will develop and document processesQualifications

1-3 years experience in operations in an agency settingExpert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel: A strong understanding of Excel including knowledge of formulas, functions, data manipulation, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization.Familiarity with Power BI tool#LI-HybridAdditional Information
