The Senior Manager QA/QC - CQV will oversee and managethe Quality Control (QC) and the Commissioning program for akey project. The successful candidate will be responsible forensuring the implementation, execution, and documentation ofall quality control and Commissioning activities on theconstruction site. This role requires leadership, technicalexpertise, and a deep understanding of construction processes,commissioning and quality standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesQC and Commissioning Program Management:

Lead the development and implementation of the QC andCommissioning program on the project. Ensure the QC andCommissioning system complies with contract requirements,industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordination and Mutual Understanding:

Attend and actively participate in the Coordination andMutual Understanding Meetings with key stakeholders,project teams, and subcontractors to facilitatecommunication and resolve any QC and/ or Commissioningrelated issues.

Three Phases of Control:

Supervise and ensure the effective execution of the threephases of control (pre-construction, in-process, and finalacceptance), ensuring that Quality and Commissioningstandards are met at each critical stage of the project

Submittal Review and Approval:

Review and approve submittals, ensuring compliance withcontractual specifications and quality standards. Maintaina record of all approvals and revisions.

Testing Oversight:

Oversee testing activities required by the contract,ensuring that all tests are performed as scheduled and thatresults are documented accurately. Ensure that all testingmeets quality and safety requirements.

QC and Commissioning Documentation andCertifications:

Manage the preparation and submission of all required QCand Commissioning documentation and certifications. Ensureall QC and Commissioning reports, certificates, and testresults are completed in accordance with contractrequirements and regulatory standards.

Team Management and Coordination:

Manage and coordinate the work of QC and CommissioningSpecialists, testing laboratory personnel, and otherinspection and testing teams. Ensure all QC andCommissioning activities are completed efficiently andaccurately across the project.

Quality Control and Commissioning ActivitiesLeadership:

Act as the primary manager for all quality control andcommissioning activities on the project site, ensuringconsistency and compliance across all QC and Commissioningoperations.

Compliance with Safety and SustainabilityStandards:

Ensure adherence to safety standards, including EM 385-1-1,and promote sustainability practices on-site. Overseehazard identification, safety compliance, and environmentalprotection measures related to QC and Commissioning

Other Duties as Assigned:

Perform other related duties as necessary to ensure thesuccess of the project and the quality of construction andcommissioning work.

Show your expertiseMinimum Required

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering,architecture, or construction management required.

Current professional engineer or architectureregistration required.

Minimum of 10 years construction experience as a ProjectSuperintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineeror Construction Manager on similar size and type constructioncontracts which included the major trades that are part of thiscontract.

Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a QC Manager

Background experience in Commissioning management

Familiarity with the EM 385-1-1 safety manual andexperience in hazard identification, safety compliance, andsustainability initiatives on construction projects

PreferredCompletion of the CQM for Contractorscourse is preferred. If the candidate does not currently holdthis certification, they must obtain it within 90 days ofproject awardStrong leadership and organizationalskills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written, with the ability to interact with diversestakeholders.In-depth knowledge of construction qualitycontrol processes, testing procedures, and documentation.Ability to analyze and resolve QC andCommissioning-related issues quickly and effectively.Proficient in using project management andQC software tools.Strong understanding of construction safetystandards and sustainability practicesCandidates must be able to comply withsafety regulations and work under various environmentalconditions

Travel Requirement:

This position requires travel to and full-time presence at theproject site in Israel and involves working in a constructionenvironment.
