For more information, please visit our website at www.msiworldwide.com. **Please note: U.S. work authorization is required for this position.** Position Summary: The Project Management Intern will be a vital member of the operations staff supporting our projects in our Africa, Europe, and Eurasia regions. The Intern will be supporting the financial, hiring, and operational work for the project and with the supervisor of the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager will ensure the seamless execution of the project. Internships require a maximum commitment of 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule and is presently remote. This is a paid position and we anticipate the candidate starting soonest after presenting an offer. Responsibilities: Research and track project information such as recruitment files, HR files, invoices, etc. Support with reviewing monthly accounting documents. Update and maintain multiple project trackers. Coordinate with FO on collecting information. Qualifications: Minimum one year of relevant office experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, required. Experience in research, document review, and file organization preferred. Organizational skills preferred.
