One full-time clinical faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the Department of Neurological Surgery for a Board Certified or Board Eligible neurosurgeon (ABNS, AOA, RCPSC). Position entails joining a multidisciplinary academic neurosurgery practice, including elective practice and shared neurosurgical trauma call at a Level One Trauma Center. The department is comprised of neurosurgeons, neurosurgical residents, spine physiatrists, neurointensivists and specially trained Advanced Practice Providers in an academic setting with research opportunities.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

MD, DO, MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent). Board Eligible / Board Certified by ABNS, AOA or RCPSC in Neurosurgery. Must have New York State medical license or be eligible for one.Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship training or additional specialized training in Neurosurgical Oncology, Spine Neurosurgery, and/or Pediatric Neurosurgery. Possession of the skills necessary to cover pediatric emergencies. Evidence of interest in clinical or basic research.Application Instructions
