SUMMARYThe ideal candidate will possess the ability to work cross-functionally internally, directly with Welltower’s operators within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing solutions that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectivesWork closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure that content meets the strategic goals of the organizationDesigns and implements tailored training strategies and learning plans for various onsite and corporate rolesProvides training and support to on-site team members, on process changes, system updates, and best practices to ensure a seamless transitionEvaluates the effectiveness of training programs using relevant KPIs and feedback mechanisms, and adjust training strategies as neededFoster a culture of continuous learning across the WelltowerProvides service consistent with Welltower’s core valuesOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to provide a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this role.
