The District Manager will support and direct the Management Teams in the assigned district through role-model leadership of the Company’s Core Values. He or she will ensure everyday activities run smoothly by setting performance guidelines, creating business tools, and connecting with and developing people to achieve Company objectives by focusing on Systems, Guest Count/Value, People, EBITDA, and Consistency.Job Responsibilities:Ensure everyday activities run smoothly by setting performance guidelines, creating business tools, and connecting with and developing people to achieve Company objectives by focusing on Systems, Guest Count/Value, People, EBITDA, and Consistency.Manages district operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.Sets operational goals and follow-up plans, and implements programs to ensure attainment of business plans for Guest counts, growth, and profit.Provides direction and structure for operating units, ensuring all restaurants maintain adherence to recipes, preparations, and raw ingredients that meet established standards of quality, specifications, and procedures.Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.Identifies operational issues and gives timely feedback to the Management teams to impact operational opportunities.Audits all facets of operational and financial performance during restaurant visits and makes corrections on the exceptions.Assists in succession planning, working with Management Teams and individual Managers for promotion and/or transfer. Identifies potential internal Team Members for promotion.Is directly involved in all aspects of Management training. Assists in training and directing Team Members as well as training programs. Validates and teaches all brand systems to Management teams so they may achieve Company goals.Achieves budgeted goals for each accounting period, working with Managers to review inventory, labor schedules, declining budgets, forecasts, and R&M.Supports Management teams with corrective action plans to help solve problems and provides the proper leadership. Reviews Shopper Report and InMoment trends and develops targeted corrective action steps with the Management teams to impact all deficiencies.Ensures interviewing and hiring processes for Team Members are in keeping with wage hour regulations, fair hiring practices, and inclusion policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a multi-unit district.Bachelor’s degree or work history experience equivalent.Willing and able to travel extensively within DFW and local markets.Must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.Financial skills, including developing and analyzing budgets and financial statements, forecasting sales, calculating food and labor costs, and knowledge of cost-control measures.Must be proficient at reading and fully understanding a P&L statement.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to develop high-performing, cohesive teams.Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.Must have a high-energy and go-getter attitude and mentality.Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.Note: Relocation not included.Perks & Benefits:
