Job Purpose:
Supports and directs the Management Teams in assigned restaurant through role-model leadership of the Company’s Core Values. Maintains restaurant Consistency by managing overall operations for the restaurant by focusing on Systems, Guest Count/Value, People, and EBITDA.Job Responsibilities:Manages restaurant operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policiesImplements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.Provides direction and structure for Management Team and hourly Team Members.Coaches and develops FOH and BOH teams to work in unison for the benefit of the Guest.Implements improves processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.Identifies any operational issues and gives timely feedback to the team so they can impact the operational opportunities.Validates and teaches all brand systems to Team Members so they may achieve Company goals.Sets operational goals and follow-up plans for subordinate Managers. Directs and holds the Managers accountable for these goals.Achieves budgeted goals for each accounting period, meeting EBITDA goals.Ensures Guests consistently receive high quality food and service in accordance with brand standards.Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.Develops, implements, and reviews Local Store Marketing to increase Guest counts.Review Shopper Report and InMoment trends and develops targeted corrective action steps with the Management team to impact all deficiencies.Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or olderBachelor’s degree, or work history experience equivalentMust have TABC and Food Handler certificationsMust have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insuranceMust have strong P&L, budget, and sales forecasting experienceAbility to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressureAbility to develop high-performing, cohesive teamsAbility to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow Team MembersExcellent oral and written communication skillsPossess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with all Team Members
