As the
Credit Supervisor , you will lead the Credit Team to support effective account creation processes, credit control services while accurately tracking and protecting debt exposure and contribute to management of customers. This role will be based out of our Irvine office and will report to the Credit & Collections Manager.Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, manage and develop credit employees to ensure a highly motivated team and a high-performance cultureManage credit team workload and workflow to ensure workload is balanced and orders are dispatched in an accurate and timely mannerReview Credit Controls and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the functionAssist team members with the resolution of customer and order problems to develop team members' knowledge and skills and to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain training and procedure manuals (under guidance of Credit & Collections Manager) to facilitate effective training and ensure processes are efficient and effectiveManage allocated projects as required (e.g., ICT related, process changes, continuous improvement projects, process mapping etc.)Qualifications:
