Join us!Job Responsibilities:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:Communicating work objectivesCoordinating deliveryFacilitating sync points across teamsProviding end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverablesManaging program risk and compliance to standardsEnsuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and costGlobal Critical Infrastructure Restoration Lead:Lead for Storage and Backup services. Responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and attesting to the infrastructure restoral plans (including inventories), new product scope, and test plans (including annual testing with evidence) for both the Midrange Storage ECI and the Backup and Restore ECI.Responsibilities:Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsRequired Qualifications:Strong communication, technical, and project management skills to work across engineering and operations to maintain, optimize, and develop recovery plans for existing and new products within the Core hosting storage and backup services organization.Desired Qualifications:Strong technical skills on implementing and maintaining Dell PowerScale, NetApp Ontap, Hitachi Object platform, Data Domain, NetBackup, and Cohesity data protection and restoral services.CollaborationProject ManagementResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingBusiness AcumenFinancial ManagementInfluenceRisk ManagementAgile PracticesArchitectureData ManagementSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentShift:
