Join us!Job Responsibilities:Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsRequired Skills:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AccessStrong SQL SkillsStrong analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, decision making)Ability to manage complexity and work with professionals from different levels in the organization.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and schedule workloadAbility to build relationships across a global organization, work independently, build trust and to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDesired Skills:Comfortable communicating at all levels in an organizationEducation:Bachelors Degree or 5+ years equivalent experienceShift:

40Pay Transparency Details:US - NJ - Jersey City - 525 Washington Blvd (NJ2525) Pay range: $65,800.00 - $155,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
